Special Note:

1. All these packages can be created to fit your bridal needs. Your contract agreement will include and state services agreed upon along with the cost of your customized collection

2. Weddings By Chelli will not commence any work without the following:

​                                               a. A signed, written contract agreement executed by both parties

                                               b. Deposit of 50% (percent) of the contracted agreed amount

                                               c. The balance of the contracted agreed amount remaining must be recieved two (2) weeks prior to wedding date.

 

3.    Weddings By Chelli reserves the right to change or adjust any services listed in any collection containes in the document (s) that describe services.
